select one template which suits to your business.and select template which has type as fixed width because it is free but type as premium you should pay money..
3) a zip file is downloaded in to your  system..unzip it..extract folder from that zip file
4)the follwing folders and files will exist in the folder that you had unzip.some times some more extra files also will exist..


















5)open .html file by double clicking on it..
a downloaded web page is opened on the browser as shown below

6)right click on the page which was opened on the browser and click view source
then copy the entire code by ctrl+a, ctrl+c
7)open  visual studio then do as follows

8)select asp.net website as shown below


















9)click ok..go to the solution explorer open default.aspx and paste the code which you have copied at step number 6.but while pasting in default.aspx leave first line in that default.aspx and remove every thing in that file except first line now paste the content which you have copied at the step 6..
10)now go to the downloaded folder form csstemplates website copy images folder and all other folder except license and (.html) folder



11)go to the visual studio solution explorer  and  right click on the website then following dialog box is shown

12) then click on the paste..the folders and css files are copied into our project now you just go to the default.aspx in the solution explorer and right click on it..and select view in browser..\
13)now u can customize the template using visual studio.thank you..
